For most families, a new home is one of the largest investments they make and it is ultra important to trust this huge investment to a builder who can effectively execute upon the things that are important to the client. From the first time we visited the model home, it was easy to see that 3 Pillar builds a quality home. Early on in the discussions with 3 Pillar, Zenios and his team conveyed very effectively that throughout the home-building process, their focus is always on honor, quality, and design because those are the things that maximize the building experience for the client.
The 3 Pillar team did more than win our business, they won our trust. More importantly, they worked to keep that trust and build upon it while they were also building our new home. It was very much a collaborative process from beginning to end with Zenios and his team serving effectively as consultants by offering ideas, suggestions, and alternatives throughout. They encouraged us to visit other homes that were in construction to inspire ideas and they were flexible when we wanted to make changes. We always felt that they were just as invested in our new home as we were. They set realistic expectations and they kept their word. They followed up consistently to keep our project on target and communicated with us via phone, email, and through appointments to keep us updated on the status on all the phases of construction.
From the salesperson to the vendors to the construction superintendent to the owner, we were well taken care of by 3 Pillar Homes and we absolutely love our home. We are Raving Fans!
