The President and Owner of 3 Pillar Homes, Zenios Michael Zenios grew up in his father's construction business on the Greek Island of Cyprus, learning every facet of the building trade from master craftsmen. In an effort to bring technology and innovation to his trade, Zenios came to The United States to study civil engineering and earn a Bachelor of Science degree at The Ohio State University with the intention to return to his father's business in Greece.
However, upon the completion of his studies at The Ohio State University, Zenios was determined to attend Franklin University to obtain his Masters of Business Administration degree. To help pay for the cost of this educational endeavor, Zenios built his first home in The United States in 1998 at the early age of twenty-four.
Soon references and word-of-mouth referrals brought Zenios additional home building opportunities. Not long after, Zenios put to work the lessons learned from his academic achievements and his personal experience to create his own home building business, 3 Pillar Homes.
From its humble beginnings to its healthy growth, 3 Pillar Homes never lost sight of the important values Zenios learned from his father, Honor, Quality and Design. Today, we at 3 Pillar Homes are proud to carry on that family tradition as our 3 Pillars of Excellence. We are also committed to cultivating an atmosphere of mutual respect and open communication. Brent Cantrell - Project Manager Brent Cantrell has been a part of the 3 Pillar Homes team since 2006. Combined with his previous experience Brent has been building new homes for 25 years. He enjoys working with homeowners to create their custom home dream. To stay current and ahead of safety and construction education as well as rules & regulations Brent attends monthly Safety Council meetings and the Building Industry Association Muddy Boots education seminars. Outside of work, Brent enjoys playing drums with his band SouthWynd and spending time with his wife Pam and their two children, Danielle and Nicholas.

John Harmon -Director of Architecture John Harmon joined the 3 Pillar Homes team in October 2011. He brings more than 24 years of experience in Architectural Design experience. John enjoys helping homeowners create their dream home and works closely with subcontractors during the construction phase. In John's spare time he enjoys boating, skiing and anything outdoors with his wife Traci and 2 kids Shaina and Timmy.

Emily Chapin - Office Manager Emily Chapin joined 3 Pillar Homes in 2001 after graduating from Muskingum University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Emily enjoys working closely with both the vendors and homeowners to create a smooth home building experience. She is also the go-to person for all members of the 3 Pillar team; which helps keep everyone moving forward with their daily activities. In her free time, Emily likes to hang out with her friends and her 2 dogs, Duncan and Bailey. |

Dave Shaver - Scioto Kitchens Dave Shaver is the President for Scioto Kitchens & Baths and works hand in hand with all 3 Pillar homeowners. Dave enjoys working with our clients and the variety of homes that we offer; which allows for creative cabinetry designs. When Dave is not helping homeowner’s create their dream kitchens, he enjoys sport shooting, fishing, snow skiing and landscaping. Anything that is outdoors! |

Katie Mason - Michael David Design Center Katie Mason has been working in the design field since 2001 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Interior Merchandising. Katie enjoys that every client and their vision for their home is different. She says it makes designing each home interesting and exciting. When away from work Katie’s hobbies are reading and golfing. |
