"Carolyn and I wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation for all you have done in making the transition into our new home go extremely smooth. We are relocating from New Jersey to the Columbus area and while looking for a home we came upon a 3PILLAR new spec house. In viewing the house it was obvious to us that quality, workmanship and attention to detail is very important in a 3PILLAR home. Almost all of our ideal home needs were met with this house except for a finished basement. We met with 3PILLAR to discuss the possibility of finishing the basement, in a very tight time frame, as we had already sold our home in New Jersey. 3PILLAR was extremely cooperative in meeting our needs for a closing date as well as finishing the basement. The entire 3PILLAR team did an excellent job in helping us from design to completion.
